Training

As part of RARE TRIPS (Training Research Interdisciplinary Platforms), the MarMaRa Institute is launching a call for applications to support the acquisition of preliminary genomic data and encourage collaborative translational research projects within the rare disease community.

The aim of this call, entitled "Bring your own samples: bulk RNA-seq workshop", is to offer the opportunity to participate in an in-depth training course in the form of a comprehensive workshop, covering step-by-step the bulk RNA-seq method.

1 week Workshop BYOS-bulk RNAseq (1-8 samples)*
● 1-2 sessions call / year (spring & fall) upon demand and applications
BulkRNA seq poly A stranded protocol by Illumina sequencer (see details in the documents to download below)

Who can apply?
● This workshop is open to PhD students and early-career researchers new to RNA-seq
● Involvement of Master 2 students is encouraged.
● Exploratory and collaborative projects are encouraged
